On the Runescape private server "Epicurus" we have a working Grand Exchange, Lottery system, PK Store, Easy Barrows, Highscores, Leaderboards, Bosses, PKing at Green Dragons, etc.
The community is very active and there is many staff members to keep everyone in line.
